This suit was filed by Louis Couder, Esperanza Rueda, and her husband, Gilberto Rueda, against Modesto A. Gomez, Albert B. Eger and Yolanda Pedregon, joined by her husband, Roberto Pedregon, seeking to recover their respective interest in the assets of a business that was known as Golf Wholesale Company.
