The defendant, Robert Franklin Ramel, went to trial on five counts of indecent exposure. The first two counts related to the same incident; the others related to separate incidents.

The defendant was acquitted on counts 1, 2, and 3, and found guilty on counts 4 and 5. The defense as to each count was an alibi.
