This damage suit arose out of an intersectional collision between the two defendants' automobiles. The plaintiff was a passenger of defendant Tacony, and he appeals from a $12,000 verdict and judgment. The verdict was in favor of defendant Richardson, but the trial court set aside that part of the verdict as being against the weight of the evidence. The court then granted plaintiff a new trial as to defendant Richardson, on the issue...
