Defendant was charged with violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11531 (sale of marijuana) and 11530 (possession of marijuana). At first he entered a plea of not guilty to both charges. Later he withdrew this plea and entered a plea of guilty to the possession charge. Upon motion of the district attorney the sale charge was dismissed.
