Plaintiff in his complaint alleges in substance: About 1:30 a. m. on 28 April 1963, he was injured while riding in an automobile owned by defendant and registered in his name. He is informed, believes, and so alleges, that at the time he was injured defendant's automobile was being operated by defendant, or by some person with his permission or under his direction, in a southerly direction on the road leading to Kings Mountain Moose Lodge in Cleveland...
