The plaintiff filed an action for damages against the defendant funeral home on April 4, 1963. The defendant on May 10, 1963, filed its general and special demurrers to the petition, and on October 30, 1963, the trial court entered an order in which it sustained the general demurrer and grounds 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the special demurrers and overruled the remaining grounds of special demurrer.
