This matter is before the Court on the United States' motion to dismiss and/or for summary judgment filed July 1, 1963.

Plaintiffs in this action seek to recover damages in the amount of $10,000 for an alleged taking of their property by the United States in connection with the operation of the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base.
