Larry Ernest Amarine, defendant in the court below, has appealed to this court on questions of law from the judgment of the Columbus Municipal Court finding him guilty of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, imposing a fine of $50 and costs and sentencing him to five days in the Columbus Workhouse.
