The plaintiff, Louise B. Taylor, on behalf of herself and minor children, seeks to recover for the death of her husband, James W. Taylor. He was killed while hitching a small tractor to the rear of a car by the defendant, Miss Johnson, who veered her car around the front of a wrecker into the rear of the trailer.
