PER CURIAM.

Richard M. Johnson appeals an order denying his motion for post conviction relief under Criminal Procedure Rule No. 1, F.S.A. ch. 924 Appendix. The petition alleges that petitioner was tried and convicted without the aid or assistance of legal counsel; that he was insolvent at the time; and that the motion is based on the 6th and 14th amendments of the U.S. Constitution and on the decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court in Carnley v. Cochran
