In November, 1956, appellant, was traveling from Clifton to Tucson, in her Chevrolet pick-up truck which was driven by her friend John Eicks. Proceeding westerly on the north roadway of a divided four-lane highway, they had reached a point about 25 miles from Tucson were they approached a small place on the north side of the highway called Desert Inn.
