This is an action for breach of contract to purchase merchandise and serve as exclusive sales organization and guarantee of purchases and payments. The merchandise involved was an electric food warming tray, and the defendant Scott, Inc. entered into the contract which also bore the guarantee of purchases and any payment due plaintiff on said purchases by the defendant Madison Industries, Inc.
