This is an appeal on questions of law from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County which issued a writ of mandamus directing respondents, Trustees of the Cincinnati Police Pension Fund, to make pension payments to relator.

Relator was a patrolman on the Cincinnati Police force from December 1, 1945, to January 26, 1956, when he was retired on a disability (a spinal injury), incurred in the line of duty as a policeman. At this time...
