Petitioner's petition for workmen's compensation was dismissed as having been filed out of time, and he appeals.

Petitioner was injured on November 17, 1955. He was treated by Bakelite's physicians until about June 1956, when he refused further treatment from them and turned to a physician of his own choice. Bakelite advised Pastor that treatment by his own physician was unauthorized, and offered him the services of an orthopedic specialist who...
