(hereinafter referred to as plaintiff) against Ray Werner and Missouri Plastics (hereinafter referred to as defendants), for infringement of plaintiff's alleged trademarks "Kingsway Florentine" and "Florentine" which have been applied to chess sets, and for unfair competition based upon defendants' manufacture and sale of chessmen allegedly copied and simulating the chessmen sold by plaintiff.
