(hereinafter "Oneonta," "Edmeston" and "Sherwood," respectively, and "the petitioners," collectively) and Clodomiro Isolino, doing business as Ravena Sportswear (hereinafter "Ravena") had violated Sections 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.
