This case comes before the court on an appeal from the action of a justice of the peace, who on or about January 3, 1964, found defendant, Walter G. Kampas, a trucker, trading as Kampas Brothers, guilty of violating section 1311 of article XIII of the Act of May 28, 1937, P. L. 1053, as amended, 66 PS §1501.
