PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of uttering a forged instrument, in violation of section 718.2, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed ten years in the penitentiary. Defendant's appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
