PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of false uttering of a check, with intent to defraud, in violation of section 713.3, Code 1962, I.C. A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding seven years in the penitentiary, as provided by sections 713.1 and 713.3. Defendant's appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
