FRIEDMAN, J.

Defendant was charged with three counts of passing bad checks in violation of Penal Code section 476a. He pleaded guilty to the charges and entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. A jury trial was held on the question of insanity and defendant was found to be legally sane. After denial of his motion for new trial, he was sentenced to state prison. He appeals from the judgment.
