Sue May West and Herbert Rainey were jointly accused of perjury (count I), conspiracy to commit perjury (count II), and conspiracy to falsely report a crime in violation of section 148.5 of the Penal Code (count III). Rainey was accused of subornation of perjury (count IV), and both defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit false imprisonment in violation of sections 182 and 236 of the Penal Code...
