This is an appeal from an order terminating the parental rights of a mother of an illegitimate child born May 7, 1955. The ultimate question presented is whether the evidence sustains the court's findings upon which the order was issued.

It appears that the procedure in some vital respects followed the governing statutes as they existed prior to their amendment in 1959 by the Juvenile Court Act...
