The plaintiff, Marvel Conry, brought this action for divorce against William E. Conry, defendant, on the grounds of extreme cruelty. The defendant denied the allegations of the plaintiff's amended petition, prayed that it be denied, and cross-petitioned for divorce charging the plaintiff with extreme cruelty and pleading that he be granted a divorce.
