This is a suit in tort for personal injuries. The petition names several defendants but in this court plaintiff pursues his claim only against Hanreco, Inc., his employer, and Maryland Casualty Company, Hanreco's insurer, and admits that he has no cause of action against the other defendants, a partnership and the individual partners composing the same, who were originally sued under the mistaken belief that they were also plaintiff's employers.
