This appeal involves an intersection collision occurring in the western part of Sedgwick County. The action was commenced by plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the defendant's negligence. At the close of the plaintiff's evidence, the district court sustained the defendant's demurrer, and the plaintiff has appealed.
