Plaintiff, Lula Bell Lemon, a guest passenger in a vehicle driven by her employer, Mrs. Albia T. Barksdale, involved in a collision with an automobile driven by Murray D. Stafford, sued the insurers of the two drivers for medical expenses and personal injuries sustained when the two vehicles collided. Defendant Houston Fire and Casualty Insurance Company, Mrs. Barksdale's insurer, filed a third party petition against Connecticut Fire Insurance Company...
