This case arose out of an automobile accident involving four cars. The evidence presented to the jury was in direct conflict on some critical factual issues, but the following will serve as a general description of the several alleged collisions.

Car number one was owned by plaintiffs Kerr and was driven by Mr. Kerr, with Mrs. Kerr as a passenger. It was proceeding south on Highway 99 between Seattle and Tacoma, in the inside lane, about 6 p.m...
