This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment and final order of the Probate Court of Franklin County. The proceeding was begun in that court by Coy. T. Alston, guardian of the person and estate of Robert Gary Roberts Alston, a minor, with the filing of a petition by the guardian to sell real estate and determine heirship. The guardian is an appellee herein.
