Tulane Hardwood Lumber Co., Inc., brought suit against Airline Builders Service, Inc. (formerly Highland Park Lumber Co., Inc.) and Lester J. Jones, on a promissory note dated July 1, 1957 in the original amount of $8,352.71, with a balance due of $2,161.57, plus interest, attorney's fees, and all costs of suit.
