The charges of mismanagement essentially are: (1) She intended to recommend payment of an allegedly excessive fee to the attorneys (her sons) retained by her as administratrix to settle the succession; and (2) In the alternative, in the event that she had not agreed to pay such fee, she had hired attorneys for the succession without any...
