These are appeals by the insurance company defendants from three separate orders dismissing cross claims alleged in an amended answer. The plaintiffs, by their amended complaint, allege that on February 19, 1960, they were the owners and occupants of premises known as 1550 Walden Avenue, Town of Cheektowaga, Erie County. It is also alleged that on that date damage was caused to the building by windstorm...
