The relator has filed a petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. He is now confined in the State Correctional Institution at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

From the relator's petition it appears that he had been sentenced on three different occasions, one of which resulted in a five year probation, and the last of which was a sentence of from six months to two years imposed by Judge Alexander...
