The parties stipulated that the facts contained in the petition for the writ of certiorari are the facts of the case, and those facts are as follows. The building in question is a three-family frame dwelling which was purchased by the present owners in June, 1962, for $30,000. Two policies of fire insurance were in force on the building— one issued by Home in the amount of $15,000, and one issued by Reliance in the amount of $13,000. Each policy...
