The plaintiff in this action contracted to sell two Mack trucks, with trailers, to one Jack Carnagey, a son of the defendant. The defendant guaranteed payment of the purchase price in each instance. One of these sales was never consummated; and we shall refer only to the contract for the sale of the truck which was actually delivered to Carnagey.
