This is a suit for damages allegedly sustained by plaintiff, Nubon Francois, arising out of the publication of an article in the "Morning Advocate," a Baton Rouge newspaper, which article plaintiff alleges was false and was published with malice. The suit was instituted against Capital City Press and Charles P. Manship, Jr., who are alleged to be the publishers of that newspaper.
