MESSMORE, Justice.

The defendant was charged with unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of a statute relating to the operation of motor vehicles. The charge was brought before a justice of the peace of Saunders County. The defendant was found guilty of the offense charged, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and his license to operate a motor vehicle was suspended for 6 months. The defendant appealed...
