This is an action brought under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended (hereinafter called the Act) (42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g)), to review a "final decision" of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare disallowing the plaintiff's claim for disability insurance benefits under Section 2231 of the Act (42 U.S.C.A. § 423), and her claim for the establishment of a period of disability
