This appeal is from an order of the district court sustaining the defendants' demurrer to the plaintiff's amended petition.

The facts alleged in the amended petition are that the plaintiff, Peter J. Conboy, Jr., was employed by the defendants on December 5, 1960, as a general laborer to aid and assist the defendants in the maintenance of certain cattle feeding lots owned and operated by them. The...
