This action is brought by plaintiff, as subrogee of McConnell Heavy Hauling Company (hereinafter referred to as McConnell), against the Government under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1346(b) (1962).

Plaintiff alleges that on May 10, 1962, a judgment was recovered in Circuit Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas, against its insured McConnell in the amount of $13,425.00 for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision...
