This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of DuPage County on a verdict of a jury finding the defendant, Donald Gill, not guilty on the complaint of plaintiff. The jury, likewise, found the plaintiff not guilty on the counter-claim of defendant, but no post trial motion was filed as to such verdict nor was there an appeal from such judgment.
