This is an interlocutory appeal by defendant from a temporary injunction order, which restrains defendant from engaging in management engineering or any service competitive with plaintiffs within 150 miles of Chicago. Defendant contends error, because "the injunction was issued without notice, without a hearing and upon a record which contained merely an unverified complaint and no other sworn pleadings...
