This is one of four consolidated actions brought against a mortuary by members of the family of Sylvia Herman, deceased, — mother, two minor children, husband, married daughter, aunt, two brothers and a sister. Only plaintiffs David Cohen and Eleanor Coop, brother and sister of the deceased, appeal from a judgment on the pleadings in favor of defendants.
