This is a personal injury action growing out of a motor vehicle collision. The trial court sustained a demurrer lodged by the defendant Hoover against the amended petition of the plaintiff on the ground that the allegations of agency were insufficient to state a cause of action against Hoover. Appeal has been duly perfected from such order.
