This is an action brought by the plaintiff, Elmer Chaplin, against the defendants, The Gas Service Company and its employee, Andrew Rose, to recover for medical expenses incurred in treating his seven-year old son, Ernest E. Chaplin, for burns alleged to have resulted from the defendants' negligence. The trial court sustained a demurrer to the plaintiff's petition...
