The plaintiff, in a suit against the manufacturer of the spray deodorant "Etiquet", has recovered judgment for a severe case of dermatitis resulting from an allergic reaction in the use of the product. The action was tried and submitted to the jury on the theory that the defendant manufacturer was negligent in its alleged failure to give adequate warning to the very few persons who might possibly suffer...
