The petitioner is confined in the Maine State Prison serving a sentence of life imprisonment imposed after his conviction for murder. He seeks post-conviction relief pursuant to the provisions of R.S. Ch. 126, Sec. 1-A to 1-G inclusive (P.L.1963, Ch. 310, Sec. 1).
