The plaintiff in this suit seeks to recover benefits alleged to be due him by defendant under the provisions of an insurance policy, described as a "Lifetime Income Protection Policy," which was issued to him by defendant on October 2, 1961. Plaintiff also demands penalties and attorney's fees.
