Defendant, Donald Arbuckle, was found guilty by a jury in the circuit court of Winnebago County of the offenses of escape and aiding escape and was sentenced to a term of not less than four years and 360 days, nor more than five years in the penitentiary and to a term of 270 days in the Illinois State Farm, said sentences to run consecutively. He has sued out a writ of error to review...
