This is an action for rescission of a contract on the grounds of fraud and deceit brought by Marvin and Beverly Petersen, respondents herein, against Voyl Mecham, defendant below and appellant herein, and for the cancellation of a deed and the reconveyance of certain real property given as consideration for this contract.
