This case comes before the court on an appeal from the suspension of the operator's license of Anthony James Krajacic. The suspension is for one year and resulted from a plea of nollo contendere by appellant, then defendant, to a charge of receiving stolen property at Q. S., September sessions, 1963, no. 97.
